Knowledge of organic chemistry and synthesis of Peptide molecules by solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and solution phase synthesis.

Experience in using automated peptide synthesizer and knowledge of various synthesizer models and their functions.

Experience in the HPLC analysis and purification of the peptide molecules by preparative HPLC (Quantity from mgs to grams scale).

Experience in manufacturing, scale-up and tech transfer of the peptide project.

To maintain instruments like Rotary evaporator, HPLC, pH meter, lyophilizer, peptide synthesizer, centrifuge etc.

A creative, highly motivated, organized and independent team member who drives synthesis and purification of the peptide project.
