JOB DESCRIPTION:

To refer to the daily production plan and arrange the manpower to run the processes or machines.

To know how to operate aluminium die casting machines and to adjust machines parameter whenever necessary.

To monitor the progress of the operators on hourly basis to ensure that they are achieving the target.

To give proper on-the-job training to all the existing and new operators to ensure that they possess right skills and methods to carry out their jobs efficiently.

To write daily report and highlight of any mold, jig, machine and operation issues.

To ensure that all working tools and jigs are in good conditions all the time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree with 5 years hands on experience

ITI with 8 years hands on experience

Good communication skills (English)
