Airport Ticketing Executive (0-1 Years)

The Ticketing Staff is responsible for managing ticketing operations, assisting passengers with ticket purchases and changes, and ensuring a seamless experience at the airport. This role involves working closely with customers to address their needs and providing information about flights, fares, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Sales: Assist passengers with ticket purchases, including domestic and international flights, ensuring accurate processing of payments.

Reservation Management: Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with airline policies and procedures.

Customer Assistance: Provide information about flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries.

Documentation Verification: Ensure all travel documents are valid and comply with airline and regulatory requirements.

System Management: Utilize ticketing software and systems to manage bookings and maintain accurate records.

Problem Resolution: Address passenger complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with other ground staff, customer service teams, and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Sales Promotion: Inform passengers about additional services, promotions, and upgrades to enhance their travel experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in ticketing, customer service, or a related role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software.

Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
