Customer Service:- The Customer Service serves the customers by providing product and repair information and resolving product and repair problems. They are also responsible for attracting potential customers by answering product and repair questions and suggesting information related to other products and services.
Ticketing:- The Ticket Officer helps passengers in planning their trips. He/she answers the questions on travel arrangements like routes and time schedules. He/ she also hold the responsibility to make a reservation and confirm it.
Baggage Claims:- An airport baggage handler is liable for loading the passengers luggage safely, unloading and carrying it at the airport. His/ her key tasks include keeping an eye fixed on suspicious-looking items at least times and reporting anything unusual to the safety or police.
Passenger Handling:- They are liable to assist and help the passengers processes and flight operations. They also offer passenger handling services at airports, like customer service at counters and lounges, and flight support for managing flight operations.
Cargo Loading:- Cargo and freight agents facilitate the shipment of products via airline, shipping, train, trucking terminals and docks. The agents make sure that the shipments are picked up and delivered on time, the paperwork is completed, and the costs are collected.
Cargo Unloading:- Loading and unloading means loading or unloading cargo between any point of a wharf or terminal, railcars, trucks, or other means of land transportation and barges.
