Airport staff have many responsibilities, including:

Passenger service: Assisting passengers with check-in, providing boarding passes, answering questions, and helping with luggage

Flight operations: Planning, monitoring, and controlling flight operations, including boarding and deplaning passengers

Aircraft maintenance: Cleaning the aircraft, stocking meals and refreshments, and ensuring the aircraft is ready for departure

Coordination: Working with other airport departments, such as security and maintenance, to ensure efficient operations

Special assistance: Helping passengers with special needs, disabilities, or those traveling with children

Ticketing: Issuing tickets to passengers and selling tickets at the airport

Reservations: Taking reservations from passengers who call in, and helping passengers confirm reservations

Baggage: Checking in baggage, tagging it correctly, and processing it

Flight delays: Assisting passengers whose flights are delayed, canceled, or re-routed

Airport staff work in shifts and play a vital role in the aviation industry. They ensure that passengers have a pleasant experience from check-in to boarding.
