Taking reservations from passengers who call in, and assisting with reservation changes.

Baggage

Checking in baggage, tagging it correctly, and handling the loading and unloading of luggage from the aircraft.

Aircraft

Ensuring that the aircraft is clean before each departure.

Grounds

Overseeing the general condition of taxiways, runways, and field lighting. They may also make minor repairs and conduct preventive maintenance.

Airport staff work in shifts and play an important role in daily operations.
