Job Overview:

Ground Staff are integral to airport operations, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for passengers and aircraft. The role involves providing customer service, managing baggage, assisting with aircraft handling, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation.

Handle baggage loading, unloading, and sorting, ensuring proper handling and timely delivery.

Assist in aircraft ground handling, including refueling, cleaning, and safety checks.

Ensure adherence to airport security and safety regulations.

Provide information to passengers about flights, delays, and other services.

Address passenger queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with airline staff, ground crew, and security personnel.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 and maximum age of 27.

Working Conditions:

Work in a fast-paced airport environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Shift-based schedule, including irregular hours.
