• Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experiences
• Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
• Responding to guests' needs and anticipating their unstated ones
• Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets
• Compliance with brand standards, corporate guidelines, and standard operating procedures as defined by the organization

• Assist in staffing and recruitment for the assigned area within Food and Beverage department
• Responsible for generating incremental revenues through up-selling, promotions, and other techniques
• Interact with guests and handle guest complaints
• He/she is involved in imparting On Job Training in the assigned areas of the department
