Job Description

The Airport Ground Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and

ensuring the smooth operation of the airport. This includes checking in passengers, assisting with

baggage, handling flight departures and arrivals, and assisting with any issues or emergencies that

may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Check in passengers and verify their identification and travel documents

Assist with baggage handling and ensure that all luggage is properly tagged and loaded onto the

correct flight

Help passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities or children traveling alone

Answer passengers' questions and provide information about flights, destinations, and airport

services

Handle flight departures and arrivals, including boarding passengers and ensuring that planes are

ready for takeoff or landing

Assist with any issues or emergencies that may arise, including lost luggage, flight delays, or medical

emergencies

Keep track of flight schedules and ensure that passengers are informed of any changes or delays

Maintain a clean and organized airport environment

Qualifications:

Age Limit: 18 to 27

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with airport operations and procedures

Ability to pass a background check and drug test
