As a member of the ground operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient airport operations. You will be responsible for assisting passengers, handling baggage, ensuring safety procedures, and supporting the overall functioning of the airport environment.

Qualifications:

Age Limit: 18 to 27 years old

Skills:

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing, walking, and handling baggage

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations

Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of safety regulations in an airport environment

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy luggage (up to 32kg), work outdoors in various weather conditions, and remain alert during extended shifts.
