Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance:

Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding processes, and airport facilities.

Handle check-in procedures, baggage claims, and special needs assistance.

Safety and Security:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and airport policies.

Assist in the screening of baggage and passengers as per security protocols.

Operational Support:

Coordinate with various departments (check-in, boarding, baggage handling) to ensure timely and efficient operations.

Assist with loading and unloading luggage and cargo.
