Airport ground staff, also known as ground crew or airport staff, assist passengers before and after flights. Their duties include:

Passenger check-in: Verifying travel documents and checking in passengers

Baggage management: Loading and unloading luggage, packing and unpacking baggage, and ensuring cargo is loaded correctly

Boarding: Coordinating boarding and helping passengers and flight crew get on and off the plane

Taxiing: Indicating to pilots which taxi spots to use after landing

Passenger assistance: Helping passengers with disabilities or small children, answering questions, and providing assistance with other needs

Aircraft preparation: Stocking the aircraft with refreshments, cleaning up after flights, and ensuring the aircraft is prepared for departure

Airline reservations: Making airline reservations and selling tickets
