Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Passenger Check-in and Boarding:

Greet and welcome passengers.

Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes.

Assist passengers with baggage check-in.

Manage boarding procedures at the gate, including announcing flight information and coordinating boarding priorities.

Baggage Handling:

Weigh and tag passenger baggage.

Load and unload bags onto/from the aircraft.

Manage lost and found baggage inquiries.

Customer Service:

Provide information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and airport facilities.

Assist passengers with special needs (., elderly passengers, families with children).

Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Gate Management:

Coordinate with flight crews to ensure timely departures.

Monitor passenger flow at the gate.

Communicate any changes in flight status or gate assignments to passengers.

Additional Responsibilities:

Stock aircraft with refreshments before flights.

Clean aircraft after flights to maintain hygiene standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in administration or travel is preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

Familiarity with computer systems for ticketing and reservations is essential.
