Flight crew members, including pilots and cabin crew, are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of aircraft and ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers on board.
Responsibilities:
Cabin Crew: Providing excellent customer service to passengers. Conducting pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrations. Assisting passengers during boarding, in-flight, and disembarkation. Responding to emergencies and implementing safety procedures. Ensuring compliance with airline policies and regulations.
Problem Resolution: Addressing passenger concerns, such as missed flights, lost baggage, or flight delays.
Safety and Security: Maintaining awareness of safety protocols and assisting with security procedures.
