You will act as a key point of contact for travelers, assisting with various operational and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Support: Greet and assist passengers at various airport checkpoints, including check-in, boarding, and arrivals. Address inquiries and provide information about flights, airport facilities, and services.

Operational Coordination: Collaborate with airline staff and other departments to ensure efficient operations, including baggage handling, check-in processes, and flight schedules.

Crisis Management: Handle any issues that arise, such as delays or cancellations, by communicating effectively with passengers and providing solutions.
