Customer Service: Greet passengers upon boarding, assist with seating, and provide information about in-flight services, including meal options and entertainment.

Crisis Management: Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies, administering first aid when necessary and executing evacuation procedures as required.

Passenger Engagement: Build rapport with passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance their overall travel experience.
