Job Brief: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airline Cabin Crew. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.

Responsibilities:

Greet passengers, check their boarding passes, and direct them to their seats.

Provide assistance with carry-on luggage and ensure passengers' belongings are securely stowed.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure that all safety equipment is in working order.

Deliver in-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.

Attend to passengers needs, including serving meals and beverages.

Respond to passenger requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.

Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, the elderly, and passengers with disabilities.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during the flight.

Manage in-flight sales and handle cash or card transactions.

Provide first aid and medical assistance if necessary.

Prepare and submit flight reports after the completion of each flight.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal communication skills

Excellent personality and presentation

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Customer-first mindset and strong service orientation

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Qualifications:

10th, 12th, Diploma, Any Graduate

Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
