Required Fresher and Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Only 58 Openings ( 35 Females - 23 Males )

• Taking care of the safety and security of the passengers on flights.

• Need to Serve Meals on Board to the Customers with a Hospitality Attitude

• Person should have unblemished complexion and good body language.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

• Ok to Travel within India and Outside India

Job description

Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing according needs of different clients

Resolving clients complaint and escalations whenever required.

Supervise the work of office, administrative and customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.

Issuing tickets and other relevant documents

Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies

Maintaining daily productivity report of agents.

Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation, flight information and Marketing schemes
