An airline guest staff member, often called a flight attendant or cabin crew member, is responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers onboard an aircraft, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight by welcoming them, checking tickets, directing them to seats, demonstrating safety procedures, serving meals and drinks, addressing any issues that arise, and assisting passengers with special needs, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
