Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Ground Staff. As a vital part of our airline operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of passengers and baggage, while providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Passenger Services**:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and travel-related inquiries.
- Handle special requests, including those for passengers with disabilities or special needs.
2. **Baggage Handling**:
- Ensure safe and timely loading and unloading of luggage and cargo.
- Address any baggage issues or mishandling with care and efficiency.
3. **Security and Safety**:
- Enforce airport security and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed to prevent unauthorized access and guarantee passenger safety.
4. **Communication**:
- Coordinate with airline crew, ground operations, and airport authorities.
- Notify passengers of any changes in flight schedules or delays.
5. **Ticketing and Documentation**:
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of tickets, boarding passes, and related documents.
- Ensure accuracy of travel information and assist with baggage claims when necessary.
6. **Customer Assistance**:
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Offer support to passengers during delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions.
**Qualifications**:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferably some college).
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations
