Ground staff at an airport have a wide range of responsibilities that are crucial to the smooth operation of airline services. Some of their key responsibilities include:

Passenger Assistance: Ground staff are often the first point of contact for passengers at the airport. They assist with check-in procedures, baggage drop-off, and provide information about flight schedules, boarding gates, and other relevant details. They also help passengers with special needs or those requiring assistance.

Baggage Handling: Ground staff are responsible for managing the movement of baggage from check-in counters to the aircraft and vice versa. This includes ensuring that baggage is properly tagged, loaded onto the correct flights, and delivered to passengers upon arrival.

Aircraft Servicing: Ground staff oversee the servicing of aircraft between flights. This includes tasks such as refueling, cleaning the cabin, restocking supplies, and performing routine safety checks.
