CABIN AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN
To carry out inspection, repair, work on passenger and crew seats, galleys, toilets, aircraft cabin equipment and all fixtures & fittings items associated with the aircraft cabin interior in accordance with the approved company procedures and as per airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
To remove and replace aircraft parts relating to the Aircraft Cabin to ensure high standards of maintenance of aircraft cabin and furnishings and to ensure the highest standards of passenger safety and comfort.
Complete and maintain manuals and technical documents pertaining to the repair and maintenance work carried out on the cabin interior.
Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the working area.
Monitor, maintain and control the movements of all spares and materials, to ensure their proper usage and deployment, including the returning to stores of all the un-used spares and materials at the end of each shift.
To perform cabin configuration changes on fleet as per the operational requirements.
To ensure cabin safety aspects are maintained during cabin maintenance and pay particular attention to Emergency equipment.
To assist aircraft engineers & technician with regard to daily maintenance activities on the aircraft as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionic Engineering/
