Ticketing Staff are the ones who are responsible to help the passengers to plan their trips and provide them with the tickets for their journey. They answer the passengers about their travel arrangements, routes and time schedules.

While one of their primary tasks is to sell tickets, other responsibilities include greeting passengers, making sure each reservation is valid, providing information about flights, and helping passengers as they are boarding a plane. They may also help passengers check their baggage and choose or upgrade their seats.
