He or she is responsible for handling tickets, alterations, cancellations, and providing flight timings information.

Duties/Responsibility:

�� Made booking arrangements for clients in person on the phone and online.

�� Worked to diligently resolve booking and scheduling issues.

�� Ensure that all booking procedures followed industry standards.

�� Posted schedule changes online and informed clients directly.

�� Checked passenger manifests to confirm client bookings.

�� Made booking arrangements for clients in person on the phone and online.

�� Issued personal business and corporate bookings.

Requirement for Ticketing Executive:

�� Good Selling Skills.

�� Good Interpersonal Skills.

�� Excellent Communication Skills.

�� Ability to work Under Pressure.

�� Willing to work in Shifts.
