Job description:
Responsible to check all requests for ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related questions.
Following up on the flight reservation, contact the customer to share options available for exchange.
Handles amendments by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives on a real-time basis.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Travel Industry(Customer Support/Schedule Change) for at least 2 years in International markets.
Knowledge of GDS & Amadeus
Knowledge of IATA Geography with Major Cities, Airports, and Airlines Codes
Knowledge of Global indicators, Different types of Fares & Fare Rules
Attention to detail, quick learner skills, and a high sense of responsibility
Ability to perform well under pressure
