Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Ticketing Staff member with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel trade industry. As an International Ticketing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for efficiently handling ticketing operations for international travel bookings. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing Operations: Utilize your expertise in airline ticketing systems to accurately and efficiently process international flight bookings, including issuing, reissuing, and exchanging tickets as necessary.

Fare Calculation and Pricing: Proficiently calculate fares, taxes, and fees for international flights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline regulations and company policies.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving ticketing issues, and assisting with travel-related concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including travel agents, sales representatives, and support staff, to coordinate travel arrangements effectively and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and ticketing policies to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients and colleagues.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements for international travel, including visa, passport, and health-related documentation.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve ticketing issues, flight disruptions, and other travel-related challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure client satisfaction.
