He or she is responsible for handling tickets, alterations, cancellations, and providing flight timings information.

The agents should be having effective conversation skills as well as good knowledge of tours and the travel industry for the different queries. Must have sales and good marketing skills.

While one of their primary tasks is to sell tickets, other responsibilities include greeting passengers, making sure each reservation is valid, providing information about flights, and helping passengers as they are boarding a plane.
