Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management: Assist customers with booking airline tickets, including one-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries.

Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel-related advice.

Ticketing: Issue and confirm airline tickets, process cancellations and refunds, and handle changes to reservations as needed.

System Operation: Utilize airline reservation systems (., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book and manage tickets efficiently.

Documentation: Ensure that all travel documentation, including e-tickets and itineraries, is accurate and provided to the customer in a timely manner.

Compliance: Adhere to airline policies and procedures, including fare rules, baggage policies, and security regulations.

Sales Support: Promote additional services and products, such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and special assistance.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions; prepare reports as required by management.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to bookings, including customer complaints and operational problems.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in air ticketing, travel agency, or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in using airline reservation systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
