Job Description

as a Core Member of the Team You Will Be Working Across the Various Teams At the Company. Your Primary Responsibility Will Be to Device and Conduct Demos for the Farmers and Dealers ( Having Good Subject Matter Knowledge is a Must ) and also to Guide to Product Development with Inputs from Agricultural Point of View. Product Development Will Require Inputs in Expanding the Capability of Aitg .the Agronomist Will Be Expected to Spend a Significant Amount of Time On the Field, Testing Our Products and Suggesting Improvements and New Developments.

1. creating Awareness About the Use of Our Products

2. identification & Appointment of Dealers

3. tying Up with Various Agricultural Institutions to Spread Product Awareness

4. regular Visits to the Villages to Meet Farmers for the Product Demonstrations and Demand

generation

5. frequent Visits to the Market for Identifying Potential Dealers for the Sales of Products

6. to Provide Day Today Support to the Dealers On Order Placing & Product Delivery

7. to Undertake Different Promotional Activities like Farmer Meetings , Exhibition , Campaigns

8. Reporting On Competitors Pricing & Product Offerings

9. onsite After Sales & Service Support to the Customers

10. identifying Potential Business Opportunities in Identified Areas for Services of the Company

11. working On Information and Content to Be Developed to Help Spread Awareness About the Product

what We Hope to See in the Candidate:

1. qualification-bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a Related Field. a Agriculture in Soil Science and a Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Conducting Field Trials and Demonstrating On Field.

2. awareness of Industry Trends, Technology, and Developments

3. linguistic Proficiency in Marathi

4. valid Driver’s License and Willingness to Travel for Field Visits

5. physical Ability to Work Outside On Farms, Stand & Walk for Extended Periods
