Role And Responsibility :

-Prepare technical plans, specifications, and estimates of agriculture projects such as in the construction and management of farmland.

-Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.

-Visiting the different divisions to inspect crops, livestock, and also perform tests on soil and water.

-Understand when to plant, fertilize and harvest.

-Provide counseling and advisory services to farmers on crop cultivation and fertilization,harvesting, animal and poultry care, disease prevention, farm management, farm.

-financing, marketing and other agricultural subjects.

-Specialize in specific aspects of agriculture such as animal science, field crops, horticulture, soil science, irrigation or drainage, farm management.

-To solve the client query in a most effective manner.

-Able to understand Agricultural soil and crop.

-Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
