To conduct farmer training programme on organic farming of cotton.

To collect and maintain the data of farmers like their Aadhar, father's name, Date of Birth, total area of cultivation, total family members and other required details.

To supervise the farmers on crop cycle, sowing and harvesting period, etc.

To conduct inspections on farms and maintain a checklist

To implement the Internal Controls for organic production.

To submit the data collected from farmers and report it daily to the project coordinator

To conduct weekly trainings village-wise and monthly trainings ICS wise and maintain a register of each trainings.

To identify the needs of the farmers and observe the development of the village and the farmers quarterly.
