We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Agricultural Labourers to join our team in Kuwait. As an Agricultural Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various agricultural activities, including planting, harvesting, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and have a genuine interest in agricultural practices.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, ensuring adherence to established agricultural practices and guidelines.

Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems, under the supervision of senior farm personnel.

Perform general farm maintenance tasks, such as repairing fences, clearing debris, and maintaining irrigation channels.

Monitor and report any issues related to crop health, pest infestations, or weather-related concerns to the farm management team.

Participate in the packing and sorting of harvested produce to ensure high-quality standards for market distribution.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for all farm workers.

Assist in the maintenance and repair of farm structures and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Operate within a team environment, collaborating with other agricultural labourers and supervisors to achieve daily farm targets.

Adhere to the farm's schedules and timelines for planting, harvesting, and other agricultural activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including storage spaces and farm premises.

Requirements:

Previous experience in agricultural work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged outdoor work.

Familiarity with basic agricultural practices, including planting, watering, and harvesting techniques.
