• Responsible to draw up and achieve the Overseas network budget
• Responsible for all Overseas agent relationship.
• To ensure that agents give equal reciprocal business to Intercont.
• To attend agents network conference, evaluate and introduce new and effective agents in key trade lanes.
• Together with sales team, prepare specific Trade Lane budget and assist in achieving the budget by way sales leads and Market competitive rates from the agents.
• Resolve invoicing disputes in conjunction with Branches, Product head, operations head and Overseas agents. Ensure no bad debts from agents.
• Trouble shoot with agents for all shipment related issues and bottlenecks.
• Work with key agents and create ready reckoner tariff for all origin and destination services in the agent country.
• Work with Branch head and Operations head to create and distribute India Origin and destination services tariff to promote EXW Exports and DAP/DDP imports amongst agent network.
• Work with Sales head and Identify one sales person in key locations to Champion one Key trade lane sales. Empower the trade lane champion with competitive tariff from the agent to promote that trade lane sales.
Candidate must be:
• Minimum Post Graduate.
• Age 35-40 years.
• Minimum 8-10 years Industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of a Foreign Language preferable.
• Must have worked in Multi cultural environment preferably.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must have a led a team of at least 7-8 people.
• Excellent Inter personal skills. ( See if he/she has played a team sport).
