Job Description

1. Identifying, Recruiting, and Training capable persons to associate as Business Developers / Advisors for selling Health Insurance Policies.

2. Guiding them in prospecting new customers from their known circle.

3. Conducting Activities for generating leads with them.

4. Continuously updating BDs/ Advisors and prospects.

5. Driving business towards the assigned targets.

Eligibility:

1. Graduate - Mandatory.

2. min 2- 4 years in Life Insurance - Agency channel selling.

3. Resident of the Same Location.

4. Better Communication and presentation skills.

5. Preferred Age Band - 26 - 35 years.
