Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel business in the life insurance sector.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents and advisors to drive sales performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to enhance collaboration and business growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in the agency channel.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote life insurance products through the agency channel.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
0-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and the agency channel distribution model.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite to manage sales processes and reporting.
