Job Description

1. Responsible for digging and recruiting excellent host with potential talented skills.

2. Responsible for developing high-quality agency through multiple channels;

3. Responsible for the introduction of potential gifter of hosts, and explore new cooperation resources.

4. Managing and maintaining agency and hosts, collecting and analyzing data of host live performance timely.

5. Responsible for promoting event by motivate agency and host.

Job requirements

1. Excellent English skills, including listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Excellent Hindi language skills, including listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

2. With Business Development experience is more preferred

3. With agency or host resources is more preferred.

4. If he/she can know more other language (like Bengli, or Tamil, or Kannada and ect) will be more preferred

5. Good at communication skills and teamwork skills, optimistic, positive, conscientious and meticulous, and responsible;

6. Possess operational data analysis ability, good execution landing ability, self-driven, result-oriented;

7. Interest in Live streaming app and social products is more preferred.
