Designations - Agency Manager, Business Manager and Sr. Business Manager
Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience - 3 years Sales is mandatory
Salary – Up to LPA
Locations - Roorkee - Dehradun Road ( Uttrakhand)
Description of Role:-
Ø Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
Ø Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
Ø Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
Ø Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression as per the Agency Structure.
Ø Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life Division.
Ø Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
Ø Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis
Ø Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
Ø Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.
Ø Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company
