Designations- Agency manager, Business Manager, Senior Business Manager

Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience - 2 -3 years Years of experience BFSI ( 2 Years of insurance sector )

Salary - Up to LPA

Location - Raipur ( Chhattishgarh )

Roles and Responsibilities :

· Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan

· Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan

· Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maitained as per the plan

· Understand, Monitor & Develope the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency Structure.

· Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life Division

· Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Manangement.

· Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis

· Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis

· Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.

· Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the company
