Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Agency Manager to oversee our HP gas distribution operations based in Chinchwad, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, and overseeing a team of gas delivery and customer service professionals.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the operations of the gas agency in Chinchwad Pune
Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are adhered to by the delivery team and customers
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of gas cylinders at all times
Supervise the gas delivery and customer service team
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues
Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to the company management
Maintaining records and verification of all consumer transactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the gas distribution industry
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the gas distribution industry
Ability and fluency to use Microsoft Office (Excel and Google sheets)
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is required, and knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
