Description of Role:-

 Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan

 Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan

 Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan

 Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression as per the Agency Structure.

 Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life Division.

 Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.

 Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis

 Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis

 Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.

 Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company

Experience:- For AM – Min 2 yr – 3yrs (Sales experience in insurance & Non-insurance background)

For BM – Min 3 yr - 5 Yrs (Previous experience - Necessarily in BFSI space- 1 promotion in last experience)

For SBM – Min 5 Yrs above (Insurance background only - 2 Promotion in past experience)

1. Share CV's only Agency Manager, Business Manager and Sr. Business Manager role

2. Age should be Min 25Yrs and we can look up to 34Yrs

3. Sales Experience is Mandatory and Min 2Yrs

4 Graduation is Mandatory

5. should be presentable and should have local market experience

6. Don’t Line-up any Fresher or Undergraduate candidate - STRICTLY should be adhered

7. Your recruiter should screen the candidate on these above points; inform the candidate about sales job

8. Back office or Non Sales profiles should not be lined up for this role.

9. Salary Range for MOA 1 to MOA3 - to basis the designation and City Category

10. Preferred Experience Candidates with Sales Exposure from competition

11. Candidate who has been rejected for any channel earlier in past 6 months ensures not to line-up the same candidates.
