Experience: Min 1 to 8 Years

Graduation is Mandatory

Any BFSI Sales Experience candidate are welcome

Description of Role:-

 Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan

 Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan

 Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan

 Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career

Progression as per the Agency Structure.

 Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life Division.

 Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to

time by Management.

 Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis

 Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis

 Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.

 Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company
