Agency Manager - Health Insurance

Job Description

JD:

1) Identify potential financial consultants (Insurance Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan.

2) Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products

3) Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business

4) Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards

5) Set targets for consultants (Agents / Advisors), review there performance & consistently raise them.

Requisites:

1. Atleast one year experience in selling insurance, credit cards or in direct marketing. Experience in agency marketing will be given preferences.

2. Should be able to understand & talk in English.

3. Age below 32 years.

4. Any graduation must.
