We are currently hiring for the position of Agency Manager at our leading life insurance organization in Hyderabad.

Age: 20-35 years

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in any field sales (Preferred for Life Insurance Agency Background )

Job Description

The Agency Manager will be responsible for handling a team of advisors and driving the development of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography. Achieving top-line revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.

Experience in building a sales team and scaling it up

Candidates must have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products. Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred, and fluency in local and English language is required.
