To build and manage a team of Business Development Managers & ensure following
parameters for the assigned Zone:
1. New Licensing – Key driver is ensure improve efficiency in Recruitment of
Advisors done by sales team to their coding as per target
2. Current Year Activation: Key driver is to drive and deliver M1 & M2 activation as
per target
3. Partner Progression: Key driver is to drive & deliver AABP to ABP promotion as
per target
4. Advisor Promotion: Key driver is to drive & deliver LA to LP promotion as per
target
