Context & Role:
- *Agent/Life Insurance Manager Recruitment:* You will be responsible for recruiting life insurance agents and managers.
- *Agent/Insurance Manager Activation:* Ensuring the activation of newly recruited agents and managers.
- *Product Mix:* Managing and promoting a variety of insurance products.
- *Achieving Business Targets:* Meeting and exceeding sales targets as part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Sales Execution:* Lead a team of FA/LIM/DM to execute sales targets.
- *Recruitment & Management:* Identify, recruit, and manage advisors within your designated region.
- *Training & Motivation:* Train and motivate advisors to enhance their understanding of market trends and products.
- *Performance Monitoring:* Monitor and review the performance of agents, helping them to achieve maximum business potential.
- *Client Interaction:* Regularly meet with customers to maintain and achieve service standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- *Education:* Graduation/Post-Graduation/Professional Degree.
- *Experience:* Minimum 6 months to 5 years in the insurance industry.
- *Candidate Profile:* Looking for candidates with a strong background in sales, excellent selling skills, and an understanding of the insurance industry. Candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong skills may also be considered.
Knowledge and Skills Desired:
- *Technical/Functional Essentials:* Experience in insurance sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and basic computer operations.
- *Desirable Attributes:* Good knowledge of the insurance industry, high initiative, well-groomed, and confident demeanor.
