• Recruit Agents / Advisors

• Develop agents through coaching, training, team management support etc.

• Drive agents and advisors team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Must have Minimum 1 Year Experience in Insurance or any field sales.

• Must be a Graduate.

• Within 40 years of age.

Note:-

For Chennai Location Banca channel vacancy is available for both freshers and experienced.

For freshers : CTC 2 to LPA & for experienced candidate: CTC 3 to LPA
