�� Conducting activities to encourage existing agents to refer new recruits.

�� Ensuring new agents receive proper training on Life's insurance products.

�� Helping agents develop essential skills like prospecting, communication, and work ethic.

Team Management

�� Setting goals and targets and Monitoring agent performance

�� Motivating agents to achieve their sales targets
