Experience - 1 to 10 Years in Life Insurance

Salary - 3 to Lakh per annum - 24,000 Travel Allowance per annum

Reporting To: Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Job Description

 Agency Channel /POS Development

1. Help employee for Sourcing/servicing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.

2. Agency Channel/POS Development for the assigned locaƟon.

3. CoordinaƟng with OperaƟons team for pre licensing, training, and licensing.

4. Conduct inducƟon training and coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for the respecƟve POS.

5. Maintaining the agreed mix of new and exisƟng agents /POS.

6. Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.

 Agency Channel /POS Management

1. Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.

2. Maintaining the high acƟve percentage of POS.

3. Controlling AƩriƟon of POS Agents.

4. Ensuring high producƟvity of team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.

 Channel Servicing

1. ReconciliaƟon of partner accounts and coordinaƟon with all the departments for same

Profitability

1. Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for the improvement in the internal organisaƟon to cope up with the same.

2. Management of loss raƟos.

 Compliance & Hygiene

1. To ensure compliance with the external bodies and other authoriƟes.

2. Ensure internal compliance.

3. Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.

4. Other responsibiliƟes as per the KPI and growth factors.
