We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate CPS (Cost Per Sale) Delivery Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and performance-based campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CPS models, affiliate networks, and sales optimization, with a proven ability to manage and drive affiliate programs to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage CPS affiliate programs, ensuring they meet sales and revenue targets.
Recruitment and Retention: Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates and partners.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize sales and ROI.
Performance Tracking: Use analytical tools to track performance metrics and generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve optimal results.
Partner Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing support and addressing any issues or inquiries.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the affiliate marketing space.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically with CPS models and performance-based campaigns.
