Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues

Building customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.

Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns to affiliates and provide performance feedback

Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.

Recommend ideas and improvements to increase revenue.

Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.

Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns.

Set up monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue, profit margin and growth.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
